Used where maintenance is of primary importance. This series is of a clean open-air design provides unobstructed floor access, thus reducing operating costs. Due to its design, this stall must have structural steel in the ceiling in order to assure a stable installation. *Structural steel support in ceiling is to be provided by others*.

Doors, panels, screens and pilasters shall be construct of two sheets of tension leveled zinc coated steel galvanneal ASTM A653 GR33 formed and cemented under pressure to a structural 32psisound deadening honeycomb core with a waterproof thermal setting adhesive. Formed edges of doors, panels, and pilasters shall be welded at intervals around the entire perimeter to construct a rigid one-piece integral unit. Edges to be capped with a rolled form locking clip moulding. Corner to be welded and ground smooth for a clean appearance.

Doors: Shall be 1-inch (25mm) thick with covers sheets to be not less than 22ga.(0.8mm)

Panels: Shall be 1-inch (25mm) thick with covers sheets to be not less than 22ga. (0.8mm)

Pilasters: To be 1.24-inches (32mm) thick with covers sheets to be not less than 20ga.(0.9mm)

Pilaster to Floor Attachments: The bottom of the pilaster is to be secured to the floor with a min.16ga. floor channel fastened internally to the pilaster. A one piece rigid stainless steel shoe 3 inches (75mm) in height shall protect the pilaster floor attachments.

Headrail: Headrail to be extruded aluminum 6063-T5 with a clear anodized finish and anti-grip profile.

Hardware: All panel and pilaster brackets to be chrome plated Zymark die-castings. Door hardware insert castings formed into doors at time of assembly for maximum strength. Hinges shall br wrap around type. Top hinge secured by threaded locking pin. Bottom Hinge being equipped with a gravity threaded locking pivot. This is adjustable to permit the door to come to a desired or set position when not latched. Each door shall be fitted with one concealed door latch with emergency entry slot. Each door shall have one door keeper and one combined coat hook door bumper. All handicap doors to be furnished with an easy grasp latch handle and exterior and interior 5 inch (125mm) pull handles. All software is ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and CSA (Canadian standards Association) approved.

Protective Finish: Al steel sheet to br phosphate cleaned and finished with a high-performance hybrid powder epoxy. The painting system is to be applied electrostatically and cured at 375 degrees for 10 minutes to achieve a uniform smooth protective finish. Thickness of coating shall be min. 1.5mm. Color shall be selected from Hovik's Color Selector Special anti-graffiti textures, patterns and custom colors are also available upon request.

Stainless Steel Finish: Construction specifications are to be the same as powder coat finish, except that sheet metal to be 304, #4 finish stainless steel unpainted with protective film removable upon completion of installation. *Textured finish stainless steel available with an up charge. Installation: Floors shall be clean and dry prior to installation.
